Welcome to San Diego County’s Regional Multiple Listing Service. San Diego MLS participates in the California Reciprocal Agreement. The documents below are required for agents outside of San Diego County who would like to participate as with San Diego MLS.

Forms Required for Membership

Note – Forms to Join must include a Letter of Good Standing from the Primary Association or MLS and a Copy of the BRE license or Appraiser license

Per rule 11.7.1 each listing entered as Residential Detached, Twin Home, Townhome, Row House, Other Attached, Manufactured Home, or Residential Income 2-4 Units must have a Primary Photo submitted within (72) hours of entry into the Paragon system
